Returns Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you don't like it, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, or exchange your chosen piece of jewelry for another one of your choice. Buying jewelry is a big deal, especially when you choose a solitaire ring. We want you to be sure that what you purchased is exactly what you want.

If there is a problem with your jewelry, you can send it back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. If the damage has been caused by normal wear and tear then our company will repair your jewelery at cost price provided we first notify you. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange.

To return a piece of jewelry, simply follow the return procedures listed below:

Within one business day of your call, we'll be in touch with instructions on the shipping company closest to you that we work with and how to ship your package to us.

Go to the shipping company we work with and simply mail it back to us. If you need packing materials, the carrier will help you.

Your return should reach our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

All refunds will be processed within one week in the same way you made your purchase payment.

Refunds are only accepted if:

-Packages are shipped within the 14 day return period.
-The package is properly closed.
-If the product has not been worn beyond the test and shows no signs of wear.
- If the special tabs and labels of the product have not been removed or destroyed.
-If all the accompanying documents and guarantee of the jewelery are returned together with the proof of purchase.
-The diamonds must be accompanied by their original certificate, otherwise there will be a charge of 120 euros for its reissue.
-Shipping is done through a partner shipping company!
